How does it work?

Companies that decide to go public conduct their IPOs through participating brokers in the BEE4 market. Thus, investors can purchase shares of these SMEs directly through the available channels of each broker.
Shares acquired during the IPO are tokenized, and the registrar records the ownership of the assets. In this way, investors will have tokens representing the value equivalent to the shares purchased, with one token corresponding to one share.
Investors can buy and sell shares directly through participating brokers. Trading (auction and continuous trading) takes place on Wednesdays, except on holidays.

How to Trade Tokenized Stocks

Account Opening

Register with one of the brokers participating in the BEE4 ecosystem. Once your account is approved, you will be able to invest in IPOs and trade stocks of companies listed on BEE4.

Order Registration

Each participating broker will define the channels through which it will make the BEE4 market available, either via Home Broker or through an investment advisor or banker. Orders can be registered on business days, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Check below for auction and trading session times on BEE4.

Order Execution

Orders are received by BEE4 and confirmed during the trading cycle. They are executed on Wednesdays at 10 a.m. For the auction execution, all orders placed throughout the week (outside the trading session) are considered to calculate the best price that maximizes the number of tokenized stocks traded.

Order Cancellation

You can only cancel orders registered for the auction in the trading environment until 7 p.m. on Monday. After this time, you can only modify your order by increasing the number of tokens traded, raising the price for buy orders, or lowering it for sell orders.

Fund Deposit

Before you start investing, you need to deposit or transfer funds into your account with the participating broker.

Auction and Trading Session

At 10 a.m. on Wednesday, the auction is executed to set the new reference price for the trading session. The trading session runs on extended hours, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. BEE4 has opted for weekly trading sessions to concentrate trading volume.
