How Does It Work?

Companies make their public offering on Beegin for subsequent trading their shares on BEE4.
Shares purchased in the initial offering are tokenized to be traded on BEE4. Bookkeeper registers ownership and investors receive their tokens
Investors can place orders to buy or sell tokens directly on the home broker. Negotiations are held on Wednesdays, when the auction and trading session take place

How to Trade Tokenized Shares

Account Opening

Register on Beegin, an investment platform connected to BEE4. As your account is approved, you will be able to invest in “IPOs” on beegin and trade on BEE4.

Registration of Offers

Access BEE4’s trading environment from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays to enter your bids and offers for the auction. Check the trading hours below.

Execution of Offers

Offers are received by BEE4 and confirmed during the trading cycle. They run on Wednesdays at 11 AM. For the execution of the auction, all offers made throughout the week (outside the trading session) are considered to perform a calculation that defines the best price to meet the maximum number of tokenized shares traded.

Cancellation of Offers

You will only be able to cancel orders registered for the auction in the trading environment until 8 PM on Monday. After this time, it will only be possible to change your offer, increasing the number of tokens traded, raising the price in buy offers, or reducing in sell offers

Deposit of Funds

You need to deposit all the money you intend to invest before registering your offer.

Auction and Trading Floor

At 11:00 AM on Wednesday, the auction is run to define the new reference price for the trading session. The trading session takes place at extended hours, from 12:00 AM to 8:00 PM. BEE4 opted for weekly trading sessions to concentrate the volume of business
