BEE4 marks the beginning of a new phase for the Brazilian capital markets. For companies, it provides access to a new financing alternative for their expansion plans, as well as visibility in the capital markets.

Approved by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), BEE4 is a trading environment for shares of companies with annual revenues of up to R$ 300 million. Through blockchain technology, shares are represented by tokens, with an immutable record of ownership. The process is secure, transparent, and complies with all investor protection regulations.

Controlled by Grupo Solum, in partnership with Núclea, we were born to enable access for high-growth potential SMEs to the capital markets.

Who stands behind BEE4

Solum Group
The founding group of BEE4, responsible for bringing together partners and financiers and presenting the project to the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM). With a focus on emerging companies and alternative investments, the group includes the asset management firm Solum Capital and the equity crowdfunding platform Beegin, as well as financial education and content initiatives.
