Get your questions answered

  • I have an account with BEE4 and have not completed the migration process to Genial Investimentos.

    If you have any questions or need help completing your account opening with the broker, please contact our support at the email: atendimento@bee4.com.br. Remember that you can authorize your migration to Genial at any time. However, your positions will be migrated within 2 business days after the completion and activation of your registration with the broker.

  • I had available financial balance in my account

    An automatic transfer has been made to your registered bank account. For more information, please contact us at the email: atendimento@bee4.com.br.

  • I had tokens in my wallet and completed the account opening with Genial Investimentos.

    You have been migrated and can now view all information on the Genial Investimentos Home Broker, except if your account opening was completed between 07/31 and 09/05. In that case, your migration will occur on 09/09. From now on, any new migration requests should allow for an average processing time of 2 business days after the completion of registration with the broker.   • I had tokens in my wallet and did not accept the migration to Genial Investimentos.

    Since you chose not to migrate to Genial Investimentos, you can consider the following options:

    1. Wait for integration with another broker:
      You can wait until the BEE4 market ecosystem integrates with another broker where you already have an account. You will only be able to sell or buy shares once your preferred broker is integrated with us and your positions are transferred there. New investments will be made exclusively through brokers participating in our market. It is important to note that integration with each broker will depend on the individual timeline of each institution that intermediates the BEE4 market.
    2. Request the destokenization of your shares:
      You can request the destokenization of your shares through our support channel. In this case, the shares will be registered in the ledger of the registrar, and your relationship will be directly with Oliveira Trust. For more information, please contact us at the email: atendimento@bee4.com.br.
