You have been migrated and can already view all information on Genial Investimentos’ Home Broker, except if your account opening was completed between July 31 and September 5. In this case, your migration will take place on September 9. From now on, any new migration request will require an average turnaround time of 2 business days after the brokerage registration is finalized. Since you chose not to migrate to Genial Investimentos, you may consider the following options:
1- Wait for integration with another broker: You can wait until the BEE4 market ecosystem integrates with another broker where you already hold an account. Selling or buying shares will only be possible once your broker of choice is integrated with us and your positions are transferred there; new investments will be made exclusively through participating brokers in our market. It is important to note that integration with each broker will depend on the individual timeline of each institution that comes to intermediate the BEE4 market.
2- Request the detokenization of your shares: You can request the detokenization of your shares through our support channel. In this case, the shares will be recorded in the transfer agent’s ledger, and your relationship will be directly with Oliveira Trust.
